# Puppetto Campaign Onboarding Guide For Agents

Use this file when moving a user from an idea to a publishable campaign quickly.

## Goal

Start from the user's business, product, audience, and problem statement. Use Puppetto templates and defaults to create a storyline, starter character/cast, campaign, draft posts, assets, and social targets with the shortest safe path to publish.

## Template-First Path

1. Call `puppetto_get_authorized_context`.
2. Call `puppetto_list_onboarding_templates`.
3. Pick the closest template:
   - `product_launch_sprint` for launches and feature announcements.
   - `founder_thought_leadership` for expert-led narrative campaigns.
   - `community_education` for teaching, support, and customer problem education.
4. Call `puppetto_create_campaign_from_onboarding_template` with a concise brief.
5. Review returned campaign, story, cast, and post IDs.
6. Call `puppetto_get_campaign` and `puppetto_list_posts` or `puppetto_get_post` to inspect drafts.
7. If accounts are connected, call `puppetto_set_post_targets`.
8. Attach media with `puppetto_add_post_assets` or generate new media with the asset-generation tools.
9. Schedule with `puppetto_update_post_schedule`.

## Recommended Brief Shape

```json
{
  "business": "What the business sells",
  "customerProblem": "The customer's pain in their words",
  "solution": "How the business solves it",
  "audience": "Who should care",
  "tone": "Helpful, expert, playful, direct, etc.",
  "channels": ["linkedin", "x", "tiktok"],
  "offer": "The next action the audience should take"
}
```

## Storyline Defaults

- Use one primary customer problem per campaign.
- Create one main character voice for the brand or founder.
- Create supporting roles only when the content needs a customer, skeptic, guide, or product expert.
- Prefer three to seven draft posts for first publish.
- Schedule only after the user confirms target channels and copy.

## Quality Check Before Publish

- Each post should map to the campaign goal.
- Each target integration should be connected and selected intentionally.
- Media should be attached or generated before visual-first channels are scheduled.
- The user should approve the final copy and schedule.
