# Puppetto MCP Quickstart For Agents

Use this when a fresh agent needs to connect to Puppetto and begin useful work quickly.

## Fast Path

1. Ask the user to sign in to Puppetto and select or create an organization.
2. Send the user to `/organizations/<orgId>/developer`.
3. Have the user generate an organization MCP token. Prefer an environment variable or MCP client secret store instead of pasting the token into chat.
4. Register Puppetto MCP:

5. Call `puppetto_get_authorized_context`.
6. Call `puppetto_list_integrations`.
7. If social posting is needed, call `puppetto_list_social_posting_providers` and `puppetto_get_social_connection_links`.
8. If campaign setup is needed, call `puppetto_list_onboarding_templates` and then `puppetto_create_campaign_from_onboarding_template`.
9. If asset or narration generation is needed, call `puppetto_list_asset_generation_integrations`, `puppetto_estimate_asset_generation`, and `puppetto_generate_asset`.

## Safety Rules

- Do not ask the user to paste secrets into chat unless there is no safer route.
- Do not scrape or automate private social accounts without user attendance and permission.
- Read before write: list organizations, integrations, campaigns, posts, assets, or templates before creating or updating.
- Store source IDs returned by tools. Follow-up calls should reference returned IDs, not guessed names.
